Our kitchen is run by Túbo Logier, with previous experience from P. Franco, The Clove Club, Chambre Separée and In de Wulf (among others).

 

Túbo about his food: “I think it would be hard to identify my cooking as one style or cuisine, I’m using food more to explore my Asian roots and tying it together with being brought up with European food in a fun, interesting and creative way, using all the techniques I’ve been influenced by in the kitchens I’ve worked.” 

From Thursday to Sunday, we offer a set 7 course menu for dinner that changes in accordance with the season and availability of produce. There is no a la carte option for dinner in our restaurant.
