Our kitchen is run by Túbo Logier (1995), with previous experience from P. Franco, The Clove Club, Chambre Separée and In de Wulf (among others).
How Túbo describes his food: “I think it would be hard to identify my cooking as one style or cuisine, I’m using food more to explore my Asian roots and tying it together with being brought up with European food in a fun, interesting and creative way, using all the techniques I’ve been influenced by in the kitchens I’ve worked.”
From Wednesday to Sunday, we offer a set menu for dinner that changes in accordance with the season and availability of produce.
Friday-Sunday we offer an a la carte lunch menu. Kitchen opens 12.00, reserve online. During lunch walk-in is also possible.
We are able to cater to most allergies and restrictions as long as we know it in advance, although we can currently not cater to vegan diets. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking. We need to know about it at least 24h in advance of the reservation.
