At night, we are a casual fine dining restaurant, and wine bar. Our kitchen is run by Túbo Logier (1995), with previous experience from P. Franco, The Clove Club, Chambre Separée and In de Wulf (among others).
How Túbo describes his food: “I think it would be hard to identify my cooking as one style or cuisine, I’m using food more to explore my Asian roots and tying it together with being brought up with European food in a fun, interesting and creative way, using all the techniques I’ve been influenced by in the kitchens I’ve worked.”
From Thursday to Sunday, we offer a 6 course menu that changes in accordance with the season and availability of produce. On Monday and Tuesday, we serve dishes a la carte instead of the set menu.
We are able to cater to most allergies, and to vegetarians and vegans. Please let us know about any dietary requirements at least 24h in advance of the reservation.
During the day we serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch, as well as our
cinnamon & cardamom buns. We don't take reservations for day time,
just drop by.
From Friday to Sunday we serve our weekend brunch and lunch menu
Between Monday and Thursday, our food offering is a bit smaller, with offerings like our lovely broodje kaas, or a smoked salmon "smørrebrød".
